This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to conduct survey and measure the petitioner's land, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 01.09.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the written instructions received from the second respondent, wherein, it is seen that the survey has already been conducted and the petitioner had also participated during the survey and also signed in the proceedings. 2/4
