(in duplicate, with copies for immediate service and return with covering letter) Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by M/s A.BANUMATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to Issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the 2nd Respondent made in his proceedings in PDO No.27/2019 dated 01.08.2019 in detaining the detenue under Section 2 (f) of the Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982 as a Goonda and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue namely Manikandan s/o.Murugasean @ Thuppakki Murugan male aged about 20 years who is detained in central Prison Tiruchirappalli before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty Whereas this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by 06/09/2019 to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with:
