PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, direct to the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner.

ORDER
This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute, on the basis of the complaint given by the private respondent herein. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that based upon the earlier complaint given by the earlier private respondent, enquiry was undertaken by the 3rd respondent herein and it was closed finding that there was no truth in the complaint. Later, setting out the very same facts, the present complaint has been given by the private respondent herein, based upon which, the 2nd respondent is making enquiry and harassing. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not in a position to give particulars with regard to the earlier compliant as well as the closure report.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based upon the complaint given 1/3
by the private respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.P4/23000/331/2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the matter does not involve any land grabbing and in respect of the complaint that is pending before the District Crime Branch, the complainant may approach the concerned Section for appropriate remedy or he can approach the concerned Court. Advising so, the matter was closed on 28.09.2021.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the earlier occasion, the complaint given by the 4th respondent, after enquiry, was closed by the 3rd respondent herein. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that still it is pending.
5.Let the petitioner may appear before the 3rd respondent herein and get information with regard to the earlier closure as well as the present enquiry process. If any trouble arises in future, he may workout his remedy before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceedings.
6.With the aforesaid liberty, this petition stands disposed of.
