ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner appears to be a devotee of Vallalakonda Iyyanar Temple situated at Kuntoor Village, Tiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that despite the order of the second 2/5

respondent, dated 06.01.2025 directing the collection of various amounts in connection with the pooja held in the subject temple, no amounts have been collected in an orderly manner. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation to all the respondents on 09.06.2025.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the second respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders, since the allegations have been made by the petitioner against the Archagar of the said Temple. An enquiry may be held, after giving due notice to the Archagar and thereafter, final orders will be passed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
