PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1246 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A5 herein, who was arrested on 11.08.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 457, 458 and 392 of IPC, in Crime No.1246 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 17.11.2020 at about 01.30 a.m., when the defacto complainant was sleeping in his house along with family members, three identifiable persons came out of the bedroom of his wife with weapons. When he tried to raise alarm, one person put a knife at his neck. After tying their hands and legs they stole the gold jewels and cash of Rs.70,000/-, totally worth about Rs.6,40,000/- from their house. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the respondent police.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that apart from this case the petitioner is having another case. This is a night robbery case. Only on his confession he was arrested and remanded in judicial custody and 25 soverigns of gold were recovered from him.

CRL OP(MD). No.14315 of 2021 5.Considering the serious nature of offence and the recovery of jewels from the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
