O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash proceedings in Crime No.18 of 2020, on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that after completion of investigation in the above Crime Number, charge sheet is made ready on 17.02.2020 and will be filed within a period of two weeks.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side), the respondent police is directed to file Final Report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
