O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the first respondent passed an order on 21.06.2025, stating that the value of the superstructure stands in the subject lands will be paid to the lease holders under the petitioner. The petitioner wants to challenge the said order. Therefore, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 21.06.2025. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the order of the first respondent dated 21.06.2025. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
