H.C.P.(MD) No.1420 of 2021 2.Mr.S.Sathya Chithambaram, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenue, namely, Sinduja has been secured and now she is with her husband. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
