This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in No.Ma(Ma) A2(1)/5147/2015 dated 16.11.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to renew petitioner FL 3 licence for the period 2016-2017 on the basis of petitioner application.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that in view of the dismissal of the connected writ petition in W.P (MD)No.19170 of 2016 as having become infructuous, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
