ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, directing the second respondent to demarcate and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's property situated in resurvey number 158/1B in patta No.2663, Pudhur Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District within a time frame fixed by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the material documents carefully. 3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed an application before the second respondent to measure the property in resurvey number 158/1B in patta No.2663, Pudhur Village, Natham https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taluk, Dindigul District and also paid the necessary fees for the same. Since no action has been taken, he has filed the present writ petition.

4.In the above circumstances, since the petitioner's representation is dated 07.10.2016 and it is pending till date, without going into the merits of the case, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.10.2016 and measure the property on the basis the revenue records after issuing notice to necessary parites and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
