Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Certiorarified Mandamus in the nature of writ calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.149/A1/2015 dated 18.03.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to sanction incentive increment for M.Sc., Degree and confer all the consequential benefits.

Alleging disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD). No.21895 of 2015, dated 08.12.2015, the petitioner has filed the present contempt petition.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the Block Educational Officer, Tiruchendur, by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.690/A1/2016, dated 09.03.2020, has granted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD).No.1298 of 2019 incentive increment to the petitioner for the Post Graduate degree.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed.
