ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.922 of 2020 registered on the file of the first respondent herein. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that positive report was filed against the petitioner before the Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai on 04.08.2021. The Judicial Magistrate is directed to take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to file another Original Petition challenging the final report. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
