For R1 & R2 : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the owner of the land in S.Nos.435/9B, 435/9D, 437 12(A), 437(40), 437(6B), however, the unofficial respondent Nos.3 and 4, who do not have semblance of right, are trying to encroach the same and the respondent No.4 has made a complaint before the police, basing on which the respondent police are harassing the petitioner to attend the police station from 10.00 am., to 10.00 pm., 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on the basis of the representation given by the respondent No.4, the police have conducted an enquiry, but the petitioner has failed to attend the police station even after receiving notice. Subsequently, the police advised the respondent No.4 to approach the competent civil Court in respect of settlement of the disputes with the petitioner.

4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) is recorded. Since the respondent police have closed the enquiry in respect of the petition filed by the respondent No.4, no cause survives to this petition, thereby this Petition is closed.
