ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time" and upon perusing earlier orderS of this Court dated 06.11.2019,23.03.2021, 16.11.2021 and 26.07.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Special Judge, Special Court for trial of cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Tiruchirappalli in D.No.624 dated 18.12.2023, seeking further 1/3

extension of three months time for disposal of the case in Spl.Case No.11 of 2018 on the file of the Special Court for trial of cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Tiruchirappalli, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in Spl.Case No.11 of 2018.

2. The learned Special Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Tiruchirappalli sent a letter dated 18.12.2023, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of Spl.Case No.11 of 2018, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 26.07.2022.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in Spl.Case No.11 of 2018 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
