Prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against respondent No.6 & 7 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 15.04.2021, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.After some arguments, Mr.B.Dhanasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition, with a liberty to file the same writ petition as a Public Interest Litigation, since the grievance expressed in the prayer of the writ petition is necessarily in the interest of public. 3.Accepting the said request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty to the petitioner to file it as a Public Interest Litigation Petition. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
