Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, calling for records pursuant to the order passed by the 2nd Respondent in A5/2493/2009 dated 19-02-2010 quash the same and direct the 2nd Respondent to allot one house to the petitioner from Samathavapuram in Nallur Panchayat, Kanyakumari District. O R D E R

This Contempt petition has been filed for the willful disobedience of the order dated 08.02.2017 passed in W.P.(MD)No.7937 of 2010.

2.When the Contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has produced a proceedings issued by the District Rural Development Agency in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD)No.1140 of 2019 proceedings No.A6/1021/2017, dated 08.04.2017 and submitted that in view of the compliance already been made where the request of the petitioner has been rejected on merits, this Contempt petition can be disposed of accordingly.

3.The said factor cannot be controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this Contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt petition is closed.
