Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.D.SHANMUGARAJA SETHUPATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10355 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to cancel the sale deed, since the petitioner is unable to comply the condition within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. This is the second time. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10355 of 2023 is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
