Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl O.P (MD) No. 12621 of 2022 dated 13.07.2022 by directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 20000 towards medical treatment before the concern court in Crime Number instead of the petitioner must pay a sum Rs.20,000 towards medical Treatment to the injured person. Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 9333/ 2022 :
To extend the time for execution of sureties in Crl O.P (MD) no. 111525 of 2022 dated 11.07.2022 on the file of this Honble court.
Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH KANNAN.C, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.11525 of 2022 dated 11.07.2022 by directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards medical treatment before the concerned Court in Crime Number, instead of the petitioner must pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards medical treatment to the injured person and extend the time for execution of sureties.

CRL MP(MD) No.9332 of 2022 2.By the order, dated 11.07.2022, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the defacto complainant towards medical expenses.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when he handed over the above said money, the defacto complainant refused to accept the same. Hence, he seeks the above said modification. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition passed by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD) No.11525 of 2022, dated 11.07.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit the above said amount to the credit of Cri.No.277 of 2022 before the concerned Court. The other conditions shall remain unaltered and two weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the condition imposed by this Court.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
