This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the representation of petitioner dated 06.10.2016 and to pass orders.

2.When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to file a fresh representation, due to passage of time.

3.Under such circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such a filing of the representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks thenceforth. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
