ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2019, which was filed to grant permission to conduct kabadi competition on 17.08.2019 at about 08.00 p.m., to 18.08.2019 at about 12.00 p.m., in the play ground which is situated at Bagavathi Amman Thidal Kallipatti, Trichy District.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct the the Kabadi competition on 17.08.2019 at about 08.00 p.m., to 18.08.2019 at about 12.00 p.m., in the play ground which is situated at Bagavathi Amman Thidal Kallipatti, Trichy District, the petitioner made a representation on 05.08.2019 to the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
