ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to file a final report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam in Crime No.2 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.02 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
