Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. He has given representation dated 08.10.2019 before the second respondent. 3.The second respondent is directed to hold an enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. The second respondent will put the interested persons on notice before passing final order.
