This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction against the 1st respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant in S.T.C No. 102 of 2020 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pudukkottai, dated 20.01.2021.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instruction from the respondent police submits that it is only a bailable warrant and he has not received the warrant so far.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the process memo was filed in the year 2022 itself.
4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed 2/4
