2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have completed the investigation long ago and filed the charge sheet in the year 2018 itself and the same is taken on file as C.C.No.291 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor for the offences under Sections 323, 506(2), 341, 494(b) and 34 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 1998.

3.Since the very purpose of filing this petition has already been fulfilled on account of filing of the charge sheet, this petition becomes infructuous, thereby dismissed as infructuous.
