ORDER
The prayer sought for in this writ petition is that, to direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's land in T.S.No.183 to 212 situated at Pettai Village, Tirunelveli Taluk, Tirunelveli District, based on the representation made by the petitioner, dated 12.07.2019.
2.Heard Mr.R.Jegadeeswaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannithevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.The petitioner, in order to survey his land at T.S.No.183 to 212 situated at Pettai Village, Tirunelveli Taluk, Tirunelveli District and to identify the boundaries, has given a representation dated 12.07.2019 before the first respondent. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, if the said representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
being considered and decided on merits, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied. 5.I have heard Mr.P.Kannithevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, who would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner would be decided on merits and in accordance with law by the first respondent, within a time frame and order would be passed thereon.
6.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for herein, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following directions:- "that the first respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.07.2019 and pass order thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 7.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
