Seeking to quash the charge sheet filed by the police before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District in C.C.No.36 of 2018, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police would contend that C.C.No.36 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, ended in acquittal on 25.04.2023 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
