ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, directing the respondents to sanction and disburse the loan under Tamilnadu Government Scheme namely "Pasumai Veedu Thittam" to construct house upon the assignment order dated 6.9.1990 to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 12.09.2016 in a expedite manner within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.According to the petitioner, the second respondent had allotted free house site and issued order of assignment on 06.09.1990 and he approached the third respondent claiming a free house scheme under Pasumai Veedu Thittam and it was denied on the ground that a civil suit is pending in respect of the property and hence, they will not be in a position to construct the house. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the suit is ended in favour of the petitioner. In the above circumstances, he made a representation before the respondent on 12.09.2016 to construct the house and since no order has been passed, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the material documents carefully.

4.In the above circumstances, since the petitioner's representation is dated 12.09.2016 and it is pending till date, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.09.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
