O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order dated 24.07.2016, passed by the second respondent.

2.A representation was submitted before the second respondent seeking permission for indefinite Hunger Strike on 25.07.2016. Since permission was refused by the impugned order, dated 24.07.2016, the present Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned order and further direct the respondents to grant permission to hold Hunger Strike from 15.12.2016 to 17.12.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Since the period for which permission was sought for has already expired, the prayer in this Writ Petition does not survive and the Writ has become infructuous. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No.16211 of 2016 is closed.
