Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner wants to execute a settlement deed in favour of his son in respect of the petition mentioned property. It appears that some objection has been received from one Sivaraman. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent states that after enquiring both the parties, the respondent will act in accordance with law.

3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
