This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.319 of 2019 for the offence under Section 306 of I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the complaint given by the petitioner was registered in the year 2019 as Crime No.319 of 2019 for the offence under Section 306 of I.P.C, the Police could not complete the investigation even as on now. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the other hand, submits that the police have completed the investigation and referred the case as "Further Action Dropped" and also submitted a report before the Court. It is also submitted that the respondent has sent RCS notice to the petitioner on 27.10.2021 itself.
3.
