2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has just got the information that the police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet and the same was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai as C.C.No.35 of 2020.

3.Since the very purpose of filing this petition has already been fulfilled on account of filing of the charge sheet, this petition becomes infructuous, thereby dismissed as infructuous.
