ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned Refusal Check Slip vide proceeding in Refusal No. RFL/Gangaikondan/116/2025 dated 19.06.2025 on the file of the respondent and further, to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's gift deed dated 19.06.2025.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the impugned order states that the CBI has issued objection letter regarding Survey No.423. However, the petitioner is intended to gift the other lands in other survey numbers except Survey No.423 for which he has relied on the earlier parent sale deed as a document wherein 11 properties are shown. In the said document, 10th property is Survey No.423. In the present gift deed, there are 10 properties and the 11th property Survey No.423 is left out.

3.In such circumstances, the objections cited in the impugned order 2/4

are monotonous and are without application of mind. Therefore, the impugned order is quashed and the respondent is directed to register the gift deed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
