RESPONDENT/DE-JURE COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners while granting anticipatory bail to him in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3314 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1524 of 2023 dated 27.02.2023 to report before the respondent police on first saturday of every english calendar month at 10.30 AM until further orders.

To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners while granting Anticipatory bail to him in Crl O.P (MD) No. 1524 of 2023 dated 27.01.2023.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALAGUMANI.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3314 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1524 of 2023 on 27.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. In this case charge sheet was filed before the concerned trial Court. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3314 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1524 of 2023 is relaxed in toto and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on receipt of summons.
