..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned letter given by the 7th respondent dated 14.07.2015 (signed 06.06.2016) in C.No.40/DSP/EOW-II/MDU/2015 and consequential impugned order passed by the 6th respondent dated 14.09.2016 in Check Slip No.1/2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 7th respondent herein to not to prevent the registering authorities from registering the documents presented by the petitioner till the petitioner company settle all its claim in the interest of investors.
