This Criminal Revisin Petition filed under section397 R/W 401 OF CrPC, to call for the entire records pertaining to Crl.A.No.68/2013 dated 01.07.2019 on the file of the Additional Disrictt Judge, Srivilliputhur, Confirming the Judgment passed in STC.No.3168/2008 on the file of the JudicialMagistrate, Rajapalayam and to set aside the same.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Ms.R.Anand, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.488 of 2023 by order dated 27.03.2023 in which instead of directing the petitioners to deposit the sum of Rs.22,00,000/- to the credit of STC No.3168 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, the petitioners may be allowed to give the immovable property for the value of aforesaid sum so as to comply with the said order.

3. This Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.488 of 2023 dated 27.03.2023. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
