ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider her representation dated 18.09.2016 and seeks for a direction to accept the deposit amount of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) from the petitioner and to allot a shop in front of Circuit house at Kanyakumari in favour of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2016, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
