Feet; Door No.4/340H6 in Survey No.40, T.S.No.18/6 and New T.S.No.38, 39 to an extent of 1558 sq.feet; Door No.4/344 K2 in Survey No.40, T.S.No.18/6 and New T.S.No.38, 39 to an extent of 760 sq.feet and Door No.4/344F1

& F2 in Survey No.40, T.S.No.18/6 and New T.S.No.38, 39 to an extent of 1464 sq.feet; respectively, in Gandhiji road northern side Paramakudi Town, Ramnad District within the time frame stipulated by this court.

Mr.S.Kumar Additional Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have filed these writ petitions seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to grant patta for the properties of the petitioners in Door No.4/340H7, in Survey No.40, T.S.No.18/6 and New T.S. No.38, 39 to an extent of 1560sq. feet; Door No.4/340H6 in Survey No.40, T.S.No.18/6 and New T.S.No.38, 39 to an extent of 1558 sq.feet; Door No.4/344 K2 in Survey No.40, T.S.No.18/6 and New T.S.No.38, 39 to an extent of 760 sq.feet and Door No.4./344F1 & F2 in Survey No.40, T.S.No.18/6 and New T.S.No.38, 39 to an extent of 1464 sq.feet; respectively, in Gandhiji road northern side Paramakudi Town, Ramnad District within the time frame stipulated by this court. 2.

The petitioners claim to be the bona fide purchasers, having purchased a portion of property in the said survey number. It is also their case that the constructed a dwelling house in the aforesaid survey number and enjoying the same. Based on the above, the petitioner has asked for a direction to issue patta in their favour, as the fifth respondent herein had affixed and posted pillar stones within the premises of the petitioners. 3.When a specific question is posed to the learned counsel for the petitioners whether the petitioners have got title to the property with specific measurements, there is no clear answer for the same. Hence, when the petitioners are not clear about the title to the property, they cannot obtain patta. 4.

It is open to the petitioners to substantiate their title to the property before the Revenue Authorities, to their satisfaction with specific measurements and apply for patta. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petitions and the same are dismissed. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
