O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct and complete the enquiry and pass orders within the time stipulated as per Circular No.67 dated 3.11.2011, issued by the Inspector General of Registration, on the Petitioner's complaint dated 18.11.2016, regarding the fraudulent registration of Document Nos.1172, dated 12.07.2016 and 1173 dated 13.7.2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that already the first respondent has passed an order, dated 25.11.2016 in Na.Ka.No.4393/M1/2016.

3. In view of the same, since the petitioner's representation, dated 18.11.2016 has already been considered and an order has been passed, the prayer sought for by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 25.11.2016 in Na.Ka.No.4393/M1/2016, if he so adviced. No costs.
