2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that pending the criminal original petition, the investigation is completed and the final report is filed and taken on file as C.C.No.1440 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy.

3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
