To suspend the sentence imposed on the Appellant/Accused No.2 passed in S.C.No.5 of 2019, on the file of the Learned Principal Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram dated 22.09.2021 and enlarge him on bail pending disposal of the criminal appeal PRAYER in CRL A(MD)No.425 of 2021:

To call for the records relating to the judgment dated 22.09.2021 made in S.C.No.5 of 2019 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram and set aside the conviction and sentence imposed against the appellants/accused and allow above appeal by acquitting the accused.
