ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 16.09.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had conducted an enquiry and closed the same on 27.11.2021.

3.Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
