ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.According to the writ petitioner, a wrong entry has been made in the revenue records in respect of the petition mentioned survey numbers. The petitioner has given a representation dated 15.07.2022 seeking correction. 3.The second respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner apprehends that he may be dispossessed on the strength of wrong entry. I am certain that the respondents will follow due process of law before taking any adverse action against the writ petitioner.

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
