ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in G.W.O.P.No.87 of 2020, pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore and to transfer the same to the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection for transferring G.W.O.P.No.87 of 2020 from the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore, to the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli. 1/3

Accordingly, there shall be a direction for transfer of G.W.O.P.No.87 of 2020, pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore, to the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli. The learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, may endeavour to dispose G.W.O.P.No.87 of 2020, on it being renumbered, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed with the above direction. No costs.
