The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose the petitioner's appeal dated 03.06.2026 pending before the 1st respondent till then the respondents 2 and 3 not to evict the petitioner from Survey No.80/1 with the extent of 0.03.80 hectare of Veliyathoor Revenue Village, Gudaloor Village, Avudaiyarkovil Taluk,

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 03.06.2026 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording sufficient opportunity to both sides, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
