ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner claims title over the petition mentioned property. Her grievance is that patta was erroneously issued in the name of third party. Questioning the same, the petitioner had filed an appeal before the second respondent. She seeks expeditious disposal of the same. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits an in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent will put the interested persons on notice before passing final order.
