Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl OP(MD) No.10335/2023 order dated 16.06.2023 on the file of this Honble Court by directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required in connection with the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

To modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl OP(MD) No.10323 of 2023 order dated 16.06.2023 on the file of this Honble Court by directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required in connection with the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police.
