To modify the condition of the Crl.M.P(MD)No.10415/2018 in Crl.A.(MD).No.265/2018 on the file of this Honourable Court dated 14/03/2019 to the effect that the petitioner should be appear before the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Mahila Court) Madurai daily twice i.e., at 10.30 am and 5.00 pm pending appeal and until further order.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.THAMBIDURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Crl.M.P (MD)No.3869 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.265 of 2018 dated 25.04.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3869 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.265 of 2018 on 25.04.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.7235 of 2019 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that he has strongly opposed to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3869 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.265 of 2018 on 25.04.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
