The writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the first Respondent to pay a compensation for a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Only) to the petitioner and recover the same from the salary of the Respondent No.5 to 8.

2. Mr.K.P.Krishna Doss, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.It is seen from the records that based on the complaint given by the one Varalakshmi, a case was registered in Cr.No.370 of 2016 against the petitioner for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and based on the complaint given by one Vijayalakshmi another case in Cr.No.192 of 2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 4 (i)(j) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act is registered against the petitioner. Since both the cases are under investigation, this writ petition is not maintainable at this stage.
