O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission to conduct "Orchestra Programme" will be held on 14.08.2019 at about 9.00 p.m. to 12.30 p.m. Sri Alagiya Mannar Rajagopal Swami Thirukovil, Festival at Vadakku Vijaya Narayanam, Tirunelveli District and to give necessary police protection to the said programme.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondent.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct the the "Orchestra Programme" on 14.08.2019 at about 09.00 p.m. to 12.30 a.m. in temple Festival namely "Sri Alagiya Mannar Rajagopal Swami Thirukovil" at Vadakku Vijaya Narayanam, Tirunelveli District, the petitioner made representations on 29.07.2019 and 06.08.2019 to the second respondent and the said representations were not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 29.07.2019 & 06.08.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
