ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 07.07.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate,Vilathikulam,Tuticorin District, vide the letter in D.No.1557/2023 dated 25.10.2023,this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.289 of 2021.

2.This Court already disposed of this Petition by order dated 07/07/2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.289 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, Tuticorin District, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Judicial Magistrate, requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing C.C.No.289 of 2021 and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, Tuticorin District is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
